Rachel, Jackie & Pam were great help, I asked for a “Breakfast All Day Burger,” that is currently not on the menu. Rachel went out of her way to make a hash brown & replicate the burger as close as possible, with the ingredients currently available. It was absolutely delicious, possibly even better than the original! We will be back, thank you burger fi team!
My experience was amazing. Everyone is really nice especially the employee, Jackie They treated me well. Everyone had great customer service would recommend anyone to come here again.
We had a great experience at Burger Go! Rachel and Brianna were both super friendly and helpful, especially with the new menu. They took the time to explain everything and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The food was fresh and delicious — definitely coming back again!
I recently visited BurgerFi on June 19, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. I ordered two BurgerFi cheeseburgers, a large fries, and two fountain drinks. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. A special shout-out to Jackie at the register, who was wonderful when taking my name. Her friendly and efficient service truly enhanced my visit. Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying burger meal with great customer service!
This place was on point! The neon sign in front immediately caught our eye, super modern and inviting. Inside, the space was clean, stylish, and had a great vibe. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The fries were hot and perfectly crispy. The staff was full of energy and genuinely welcoming. Lakel at the front was an awesome cashier. She was friendly, fast, and professional. The back kitchen was alive and moving. You could tell everyone was on their game. We were so impressed, we went out of our way to compliment the manager, Rachel. She was kind, professional, and clearly works very hard to keep everything running smoothly. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for great food, great service, and an all-around great experience. Very kid friendly!

Bright and inviting, this place has it down. Jackie greeted us the second we walked in, was helpful and pleasant. Our food came out hot and delicious. We will be back to this location when we need feed our burger cravings!
Jackie was super welcoming and very nice. She helped us make our choice on what we should order. The food was delicious and came out fast. The burgers fries and wings are definitely worth it. I recently moved to the area and decided to try this place for lunch and was very impressed with how clean and organized it was. The wings are big and juicy just like how they are advertised. The environment is very welcoming and the whole staff is very friendly. I’d definitely recommend it to all my friends and family to come here for a delicious and fulfilling meal. The manager even came out to check on how we enjoyed our food. The service here was definitely amazing as well as the food.
